Nice in the summer! Very little snow in the winter. The population is about 80 people, with 300-400 more in the surrounding areas. The school houses grades k-12. There are 2 very active churches. Businesses in Kim include; The tire & service center (which we also have for sale at a very reasonable price - currently leased); post office; a general store where you can get breakfast, lunch, & most staples that you need; 2 beauty salons; a fun 3.2 bar called Trail's End; a propane distributor; a fuel distributor; an accountant; state hwy dept; county road & bridge crew; & a couple of home based businesses.
